I absolutely LOVE my Paper Pumpkin kits!! When I get my little orange (normally) box in my mailbox, the first thing I do is open it up to see what project I have for the month! I really enjoy these little kits because I know it is something I can take with me anywhere, anytime, and work on them, without having to lug around a bunch of stuff. WHY??? Because that little box literally has EVERYTHING I need to complete each project in that box, from the stamp set right on down to the inks and adhesives. How can an Autumn-based stamp set be turned into a Christmas card? Well, if you use your imagination and creativity, which I have plenty of both, this is the next stamp set I am using to create a beautiful Christmas card. Remember, you will receive enough supplies to create 10 cards (card stock, envelopes, and accessories, plus any Big Shot die cutting as well as any Washi Tape will already be done) plus a completed card to follow along with in order to save me from having to create a video or pdf file (for a total of 11 cards). All you will have to do is stamp, color and put together the cards using your own inks and favorite adhesives. How much will this cost you? I only charge $20 per class plus shipping. You can purchase the stamp set separately, or you can choose to add it along with the cost of the class. Either way, this is one class you won’t want to miss. Orders for the class need to be placed with me no later than August 20th, 2018, and classes will ship to you by the end of August. Please contact me  with your order for this month’s Christmas Card by Mail asap so you don’t miss out! Limited number of classes are available, so don’t wait too long. Yes, it’s that time of the month again! This month’s theme is summer time! I know everyone has their own idea of what summer entails, but to me it means bright colors, butterflies, flowers, and a lot of sunshine! It also means being able to spend a lot of time outside enjoying these things! In order to put these ideas into a card, I used a couple bright colors, some flowers, and a couple of butterflies! Here’s my finished card:

Using the new Stamparatus positioning tool, I created the flower and butterfly wreath using the stamps from the Serene Garden Photopolymer Stamp set. (Lovely tutorial for making wreaths using the Stamparatus by Dawn Olchefske, by the way!) I used So Saffron and Shaded Spruce ink on Whisper White card stock. I mounted the wreath on Garden Impressions DSP, and then again on Whisper White card stock. The leaves and 1-1/4 ” circle are punched from the new Call Me Clover 2018-2020 In Color collection, as well as some vellum paper. That big bow on the front of the card is the Gold 3/8″ Metallic-Edge Ribbon. I used Dimensionals to pop the wreath piece up off the base card, which is also made of Whisper White card stock and Garden Impressions DSP, then decorated with a couple Basic Pearls. Nice summer-y colors with a little bit of glitz, ready to send off for a summer birthday or maybe even as a thank you card!

By now I hope you are beginning to settle in to all the new products in the 2018 catalog, and finding some new favorites!
